Gabriel Registrar Certificate Issuing Services LLC (Gabriel Registrar) is an independent conformity assessment body accredited by IAF member accreditation bodies.
Gabriel Registrar does not implicitly or explicitly provide any management system certification services through any independent third-party management system consultants or any individuals who are supposed to identify them as subcontractors or agents for Gabriel Registrar. These independent third-party consultants are not agents for, not joint ventures of, not employed by, and do not work for Gabriel Registrar.
- If any consultant is providing combined quotations with certification services through Gabriel is illegal and Gabriel Registrar shall not provide certification services to clients through consultants.
- We do however understand that our Valuable clients may sometimes need that extra hand to ensure that you are prepared in time and ready for your assessment by using a competent consultancy resource. Gabriel Registrar may suggest some of the external organisations/Individuals with a wide range of experienced consultants in different Industry sectors and scopes to support clients.
Gabriel Registrar informs its applicant or the client organisations that any access to those consultancy services is entirely at their own risk. In doing so, Gabriel Registrar accepts no liability whatsoever. Particularly, Gabriel Registrar accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages of whatever kind (including without limitation, loss of money, data, goodwill or contracts), resulting from whatever cause, through the use of such consultancy services or any professional advice for implementation and effectiveness of your management system.
